沖縄合宿3,4日目！

2年マネージャーの田島です。ご無沙汰しております
今回は沖縄合宿3,4日目の様子をお届けします
3月6日(木)3日目
3日目の昨日は午前中のみの練習で、午後はオフでした！
午前練では短短チームが鹿屋体育大学の方と合同で補強をしており、私も同行させてもらいました
以下がその時の様子です！
普段の練習で行う腹筋や背筋などとは異なり、ペアでおんぶしあったり逆立ちをしたりといった新しいタイプの補強が多くありました！昨日は沖縄でもやっと太陽が顔を出して、選手たちが太陽の下で楽しみながら補強をしている姿に私も元気をもらいました
みんなが補強でやっていた種目のうちの一つを私も少しだけやってみましたが、鍛えたい部位をうまく使って行うことができず、とても難しかったです
補強一つ取ってもその奥の深さを改めて実感しました。
午前中はどのパートもメニューをやるというよりも補強をしたり、動きづくりをしたりする人が多くのびのびとした雰囲気だったように思います！
午後はオフということで美ら海水族館に行ったり、北谷の海を見に行ったり、ホテル周辺を散策したりと各々自由に過ごしました
下級生が新入生とでかける姿も見かけることができ、交流を深められたのではないかなと思います
3月7日(金)4日目
さて、今年の沖縄合宿も終わりが近づいてきましたが、4日目の今日は午前中は40秒走やSD、跳躍種目はトライアルを行い、午後は短短、短長、中距離のメンバーが北谷の近くのアラハビーチで浜練を行いました！
その時の様子をご紹介します

食後にはオリンピアの方々から紅芋パイのお土産を頂きました！
毎年毎年本当にありがとうございます！！
こういったホテルの方々や競技場の方々とといった現地の方々の協力や支えがあって、初めて私たちは不自由なく練習をすることができます。明日の午前練習をもって今回の沖縄合宿は終わりとなりますが、感謝の気持ちを忘れずに明日も頑張っていけたらいいなと思います！
