短・中・フィールド合宿４日目・5日目
合宿４日目昨日の半日オフでしっかり疲れを取った部員たちは、後半も練習に励みました
メニュー中にビデオ撮影を行い、動きを修正などにに役立てていました部員同士でアドバイスしあえる時間がたくさん持てるのも、合宿の利点です

合宿５日目に天候の悪化が予想されたため、短短は予定より負荷を高くした練習を行いました
また、中距離は合宿２日目に行なったコスミンテストの結果をもとに、加速改善インターバルを行いました。
午前練と午後練の合間に、峰の原で合宿中の長距離の宿泊先にお邪魔してきました
競技場から長距離の泊まっているペンションまでは車で７分と、非常に近い距離で合宿を行なっていました
あいにく長距離部員のほとんどはお昼寝中でした
４日目の夕食後には、ランダムミーティングが行われました
ランダムミーティングの班は、その名の通り学年・パートなどを越えてランダムに割りふられます
今回のランダムミーティングでは、合宿の意義や部の環境の改善点などについて話し合いました
ミーティング後、ゾンタックの本館の前で4年生が集まっていました
4年生にとっては最後の夏合宿。。。部員たちは思い思いの夜を過ごしたようでした
合宿５日目最終日は天気予報に反して天気は晴れ昨日、追い込んだ練習を行った短距離陣は、補強や動きづくりなどを行いました
中距離陣はレペテーション、投擲陣は砲丸の投げ込みを行うなど、最後まで充実した練習をすることが出来ました

入部して初めての合宿を無事乗り切りました
後半、体調を崩した部員もいましたが、新たなけが人がでることなく、5日間合宿を終え、日吉への帰路に着きました
9月は全日本インカレ・早慶戦、10月は同志社戦と公式戦が続きます今合宿の成果と課題を日吉に持ち帰り、今後の公式戦・また各々の目標に向かって練習を行っています
